You need to have a relevant degree and a minimum of 2 years site experience, managing or supervising constructionactivities.You should be a good communicator with a positive outlook and a methodical and organised approach to constructionsupervision and contract administration.You will have active support of your professional development, including helping you achieve Chartered status.You need to have a Valid UK driving licence as you will be based in the North East of England, but you will need to beprepared to supervise contracts throughout the UK as and when required.
