Working for one of the UKs Leading Construction Companies with an annual turnover in excess of GBP 500m. Our client is looking for a senior construction manager or a regional director from a smaller construction company looking to be the number 2 to the regional director. They have a portfolio of prestigious projects, values can range from GBP 10m to GBP 100m+ Including Shopping Centres, Apartment Blocks, Highrise Offices, PFI and HotelsIdeal candidates will be excellent communicators and will be computer literate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a progressive and well established company where your existing skills will be utilised and new skills will be learnt!! Qualifications : Construction related HNC/Degree or equivalent practical experience, Good written and verbal communications skills, Well-developed IT skills including MS Office, CSCS card, Minimum 10 years operational experience in a site based role for a regional or major contractor ,Demonstrable experience of working as part of a team to deliver successful projects Salary GBP 60-65K Benefits package to include Company Car or Allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, Bonus Scheme and 24 days Holiday.
