My client, a major main contractor who operate Internationally have exclusive vacancies in their North West region.Areas covered include Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire Projects you will be working on will predominantly be new build.These are prestigious flagship projects for blue chip clients, values can range from GBP 10m to GBP 40m+Including Shopping Centres, Apartment Blocks, Highrise Offices, Hospitals and Hotels We require a Contracts Manager with around 5-10 years experience with a main contractor in new build sectorsAndA Construction Manager to head up their new office in Merseyside. Can be either from a management background or from a quantity surveying background.Successful candidates will either be senior contracts managers looking to further their career and take the next step up the ladder, or a construction manager who has experience of running a company dealing with large new build projects.Candidates from all construction backgrounds will be considered so long as you have recent relevant experience within the new build sector for the required position.CSCS and Health & Safety are essential.Candidates who have large project (GBP 15m+) experience will be at a distinct advantageIn return, our client is offering a very competitive package, including a company car or allowance, healthcare and pension scheme.
