This opportunity represents a chance to be fast tracked through toSupervisory and Management level within this company, or to gain valuable experience within the pharmaceutical/bio-techindustry to start your career.Ideal candidates will have a science related degree, preferably with a chemistry, bio-chemistry or micro-biology focus.You will be technically adept and able to work within highly regulated procedures for documentation. You will be aconfident communicator at all levels of business and with people from a variety of backgrounds. You will demonstrate anenthusiasm for a career within the scientific sector and the drive and ambition to develop your skills within a reputablecompany.The salary for this role starts at GBP 16000 with the potential to increase to GBP 18000 after a three month probation period.A six monthly bonus is paid based on agreed performance objectives with your line manager. The maximum amount availableover a 1 year period for this role is GBP 2400. Training and development will be ongoing according to each individualproject that you work on, plus any individual requirements highlighted at annual review.
