Clinical Education Specialist - South EastDepartmentWe require highly focused, enthusiastic individuals to join our fast growing Clinical Education Team. You will provide in-servicing, support and education for our wide range of products to medical personnel within the clinical environment. You will be supported by our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team and will receive full product training.Required Skills & QualificationsConfident and flexible, with excellent communication and organisation skills, you will be an RGN with current NMC registration or ODA/ODP with valid registration. You will also have a background and interest in the Acute Medical/Surgical area and have clinical experience over the last two years.Key Responsibilities1.To provide an educational and support service to key customers and all medical personnel2.To provide clinical advice during the development of literature and educational support systems3.To maintain, promote and increase the position of the company product within the marketplace4.To attend local and national seminars to keep updated with professional issues and developments in practice5.To provide feedback to the company regarding competitors, prices and new products6.To support trials/conversions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction7.To demonstrate a commitment to your professional bodies standard of practice8.To liaise effectively with internal and external agencies to promote customer relations9.To ensure all practice conforms to agreed policies and guidelines10.To be a proactive player within the Hospital Care Division, supporting Divisional objectives.
