Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred with 4 years business experience 2 of which must have been in a sales environment Must be able to thrive in a quota-driven environment Strong computer proficiency Understanding and aptitude for expanding business knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to develop and conduct effective client presentations via the telephone Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment Drive for Success Highly Motivated Ability to be flexible and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal and interdepartmental skillsSpecific Responsibilities: Work with accounts and revenues of $300 million to over $10 billion to build relationships and develop delightedcustomers who renew their services on a regular basis Complete and document Client Profiles Conduct initial welcome calls to clarify service deliverables, educate how to best leverage, and initiate usage. Generate reports to track client usage of program(s) Expand use of their deliverables within individual client organisations Manage and direct the renewal efforts of existing clients within multiple sales territories assigned Proactive communication to clients to prompt inquiries, site visits and update Client Profile Schedule and execute Quarterly reviews with assigned clients; engaging SMEs as required. Maintain a retention rate of 80% to 100% within the assigned territories Identify new opportunities within the client territory and partner with Account Executive to generate new business. Forecast renewal of existing business on a monthly basis with a +/- 10% accuracy rate. Attain all established individual indicators, objectives, quotas and guidelines. Provide the client base with the latest offerings, research, events and capabilities enhancements. Continually stay abreast of new service offerings. Attend all firm-sponsored training sessions and apply learned techniques to renewal function.
