Description:

This role is highly client focused, the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of both Cisco data and IPTnetworking and be able to troubleshoot client networks both remotely and on client site. The role will be mostly officebased with approximately 1 day a week spent on client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong Cisco basedbackground with solid exposure to faultfinding Cisco IP Telephony networks; therefore a strong knowledge of Cisco CallManager, Unity and peripheral technologies is paramount.
