A team is made up of six full-time fundraisers and the Team Leader, full-time hours being from 9.00 to 5.30 Monday toFriday and one Saturday in every three (with a day off in the week).The basic hourly rate ranges between GBP 7 - 8.50 per hour depending on the area, with performance related pay on top ofthis which is paid monthly and is related to achieving targets - you would aim to sign up between three and five peopledaily.The targets are achievable as training prior to employment, and ongoing support and development are all provided.
