Job Title: Centre ManagerResponsible To: Operations Manager1 Basic responsibilities of the job and its primary objectives:To ensure that the centre runs in accordance with all of acorn adventures policies and procedures.To manage the centre according to agreed objectives and to undertake any centre based role as necessaryTo achieve a client satisfaction rating at centre in line with the companys targets.To minimise staff turnover.To minimise loss and damage to all equipment.2 Main duties:To oversee, lead and manage the senior staff team.To take a lead role in daily staff meetings.To carry out night duty at least once per week.To assist in the montage and demontage of the centre.To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Operations Manager.3 Supervisory and managerial responsibilities:To continually monitor all aspects of the centre.To appraise the senior staff team.
