This company providesoffices and related office and business services to a wide range of organisations. Good interpersonal skills are essentialtogether with commercial skills and awareness. You must be able to sell in a confident and persuasive manner as this roledoes involve sales.Knowledge of telecoms, IT, and the ability to interpret financial statements would be desirable. Your keyresponsibilities will involve day to day management, sales and marketing, financial accountability, purchasing, humanresource planning, recruitment, staff development and business growth.
