Description:

General description: - To commission and maintain equipment and associated items, covered by clients contracts.Key duties: -Installing customer equipment to their specification.Attend fault calls on customer sites in a timely manner as and when required.Ensure that all written procedures are maintained ina tidy manner and are accessible at all times when required.Maintain correct stock levels and records.Ensure timely submission of all paperwork.Liaise promptly from site should any technical issues arise that may extended the time to perform those duties.Maintain regular contact with the companies Help Desk as and when required.
