You will need to be a motivated self starter who has a passion for identifying and developing innovative products, quickly spoting new trends and consumer needs. The role will involve sourcing finished products both in the UK and internationally and as such the succesful applicant should be a good communicator, comfortable dealing with an international supplier base and be in possession of excellent negotiation skills. You should also have at least 2 years previous buying experience ideally working within home improvements.
