RoleThe candidate will be at the forefront of all Business Development and Marketing activities emanating from the Manchesteroffice. The role will include the analysis of marketing opportunities to ensure that our client is best positioned tobenefit from established market sectors and to prepare for emerging and new markets. The candidate will be responsiblefor raising the profile of our client in the regional/national market place and the continuous improvement and quality ofmarketing material and submission documents. The recognition and pursuit of new opportunities is essential to move thebusiness into higher return markets at the same time as maintaining ongoing relationships with established clientele.PersonThe candidate will ideally come from a consultancy/contracting background and will have excellent contacts in the NorthWest. The role is not discipline specific but the candidate will have a broad knowledge of multi-disciplinary engineeringactivities. He/she will be degree qualified and preferably Chartered in one of the core engineering disciplines.The candidate will report directly to the Regional Directors of the M&E and C&S business units.
