This role will involve coaching and developing an already established sales team alongwith people, performance and change management issues. Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, working together toestablish and develop a sales and coaching culture within the department.To coach and manage the performance and development of each Customer Telesales Executive to ensure maximum performanceagainst business targets, carry out one to ones and agree performance objectives and development plans for CTEs andregular updates to the Call Centre Manager. To identify and develop potential within the team, to communicate, motivateand lead change within the team and create and drive a sales and coaching culture within Telesales.
