: A leader within the aerospace interiors industry are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to play both a hands-on and strategic role in ensuring sales grow in line with company strategy and providing guidance in developing current and future market arenas. Your responsibilities will focus around proactively developing new customers and expanding business within existing accounts, as well as developing business plans/ strategies which will drive and support business targets. With full accountability for achieving sales targets, you will also take responsibility for managing, motivating and training the sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will already have a minimum of five years experience working in a sales/ commercial environment, including man-management. Experience of working within the aerospace environment is highly desirable, however candidates who can demonstrate a strong track record in business development and are keen to move into this industry will be considered. This role will suit a professional team player with strong communication skills and the motivation and drive to succeed within a commercial environment. The salary will be c. GBP 50K (depending on experience) plus benefits.
