Their software is based around HR management and Time and Attendance sales. Hungry, motivated and determined you will have a track record of new business sales success from within a solution orientated software application space. The sales role will be multi-faceted. Working on strategy with your sales director you will recognise what is required for success. This will also see you act on qualified leads from the telesales department and deliver presentations to close at board level whilst controlling the whole sales cycle. Ideally your background will be of a hunter mentality within the software or IT arena. Perhaps alternatively you have a different product set with a desire to be and achieve more whilst focusing on a market leading vendor proposition. The sales package on offer matches that of a market sales leader within this space. This is a position for career focused sales people as the training and development of the team is industry leading and recognised throughout their competitors. The base salary is negotiable ~GBP 25,000 - GBP 30,000 depending on your seniority and the commission scheme is uncapped, giving the uncapped potential to earn in excess of GBP 60,000+ in year one.
