Business Development Director / Director - UK Commercial Property Services - GBP 110,000+. Commercial Property - City based clients - Revolutionary Award Winning Offering - Home based office as well as offices around the UK. Rapidly expanding firm due to their growing reputation in the market and some recent acquisitions requires an experienced and dynamic sales professional to join their team selling their vast range of commercial property offerings. My client is a very well established rapidly expanding market-leading award wining firm who operate in the commercial property market place. Due to their continued success and rapid expansion they are now searching for a proven senior sales professional to take their exciting and revolutionary offering to the corporate market place. Working closely and reporting in to the European Development director you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day of all business within the UK. In this challenging and rewarding role your main responsibility will be to drive business through both new and existing customers in the legal, financial and commercial market place. Dealing with multiple decision makers at anyone time you will need to be use to working in a complex sales solution. The ideal candidate will be dynamic senior sales professional with extensive experience and a successful track record of selling services in to the financial, legal and commercial investors market place. Any knowledge of the commercial property market place will be a distinct advantage however not essential. You will need to be someone who is comfortable in a new business focused role but also with the ability to manage accounts in order to ensure repeat business.
