Business Analyst - HR/Recruitment Excel,VBA,Macros GBP 40K HertsAn HR Business Analyst is required to ensure that all processes and systems are designed and run efficiently to meet the strategy standard through the use of data preparation and analysis. You will be responsible for a UK Extranet Systems, queries, change requests, database maintenance, scoping, production, analysis and distribution of reports. You must have 2 years minimum experience of process design, change management and project management ideally in HR and IT related projects. Specific technical skills include Excel, VBA coupled with Macros. Any exposure to SAP HR would be advantageous.
