A Business Analyst is required for a US eCommerce company who have recently opened new offices in the UK and are taking the market by storm. This is a fantastic opportunity within a varied role which encompasses business analysis, project management and client relationship management. Day2day responsibilities will cover the delivery of exceptional customer support and liaison, analysis of business needs and improvements (quantitative analysis would be an advantage) and so customer facing skills are vital. Experience within online / web environment, web analytics, retail / financial services / travel are essential.
