The Institute for Independent Business requires applicants from every type of business background to become Executive Associates in the role of Business Advisor, Business Consultant, Management Consultant and Consultant on a full time, part time or on a flexible basis to compliment what you are already doing.Ideal role for ex Managing Directors, Finance Directors, Sales & Marketing Directors and all types of Senior Management. As it is expected that most Executive Associates will work in their own home geographic region, relocation is not required.With over 2,000 Accredited Executive Associates worldwide, the Institute for Independent Business is now believed to be the largest organisation of its type in the world and the largest resource of executive business experience available to UK business owners and directors.Executive Associates of the Institute meet with managing directors and owners of small to medium sized businesses to discuss their problems, opportunities and concerns. With more and more demand every day for Associates to meet with these business owners there is a need for experienced executives from every type of background to become Executive Associates.Candidates are required to have a high level of business experience and the proven capability to work at senior management level. Training is provided to enable selected candidates to obtain clients and provide general business advice and specialist skills to client businesses.In order for the Institute to assess your suitability for this work you will be invited to an information seminar and asked to complete a multiple choice Management Change Questionnaire and a Personal Skills Assessment, which is the second stage of the Institutes four stage information and assessment procedure.Permanent or part-time.
