:Our client is looking for a chartered Building Surveyor with 3-5 years experience in a building consultancy environment to join the team in their Guildford office. The succesful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong contract administration experience and writing specifications. An aptitude for design will also be required as this firm deals with high end instructions from a variety of commercial, education and leisure clients.
