Description:

We are seeking a Building Supervisor on our South West Prime contract, to be based at Plymouth and covering the 5 sitesin the Plymouth area. This position reports in to the Contract Manager.You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Building & Carpentry site teams, and the delivery of allbuilding maintenance and reactive works across the five South West Prime sites in Plymouth. You will also be required toallocate works to the team, assist in their completion, price up tenders, and write specifications for larger works.You will have at least five years experience in a site-based building role, and will have served an apprenticeship in abuilding discipline (preferably City & Guilds).You will have had previous supervisor experience and client/customer management experience. Previous experience ofPC-based maintenance systems would be an advantage.Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 0800 1700
