Our client, a global pharmaceutical and healthcare company, are currently looking for a Building Services Engineer tojoin the team at their Berkshire site. Reporting to the Engineering and Project Manager the role will involve workingwithin the Engineering department supporting the maintenance, repair and safe operation of all equipment covering thefull range of building services.Key responsibilities will include carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance of plant and equipment to ascheduled system to prevent breakdown, routinely ensuring that all building service systems are operational andmaintained, and operating the building management system (BMS) to achieve optimum plant performance and to maintain agood working environment.Suitable candidates should have an engineering qualification, knowledge of general building services and operation(particularly HVAC and air conditioning systems), experience of operating a building management system (BMS) anddemonstrate a flexible approach to problem solving.
