Our client, a leading blue chip facilities management company, are currently looking for an Account Manager to overseethe operations of 4 buildings and 60 staff maintained on the contract. This is a key position within a high profileproactive environment, supporting FM across various locations. Key responsibilities in this position will includemanaging customer relations, reviewing and setting methodology with the department managers to provide uniformoperations, financial planning across the fields to ensure budgets are set and managed, and managing account developmentmodel ensuring continued development.Suitable applicants should have at least 5 years experience in a similar high profile role, possess industry experiencewith either Fabric or M&E disciplines, have prior experience of working within a public building, and be able todemonstrate excellent leadership and management qualities.
