The role entails you being the main link between the local authority and the tenants with regard to this long termproject to bring these properties up to the Governments 'Decent Homes' standard.Ideally you will come from a construction/building services project management background (If you have worked withinsocial housing before, even better!!!) and possess excellent people skills coupled with a can-do attitude. Some knowledgeof managing field service operatives is a must as is the ability to liaise with people on all levels.Along with a good basic salary there is a car, pension and healthcare benefits.
