Due to an unprecedented growth period they are now looking for a sales manager from within the biometrics industry. This role is that of a biometric sales consultant, you will be reporting directly to the National Sales Manager. You will be part of a highly efficient team of sales professionals; you will be expected to know the said market sectors and be able to hit the ground running with your existing knowledge of the players in this market. The caliber of the individual that will execute this role is that of a person, that is well versed in the said market sectors. Coupled with a demonstrated ability to understand the needs of the clients and the constant ability to deliver above and beyond their expectations. As an intricate member of a highly respected and highly efficient team, you will be expected to have an intimate understanding of the biometric market sectors and the intricacies in dealing with them. This role is one of the critical areas of our client's business model. Our client is looking for an individual with the right market sectors sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales figures and objectives. You must have contacts throughout the market sectors. Your communication skills and presentation must be impeccable. You will be a highly motivated individual with proven sales management success, your undeniable willingness to rise to the challenge of building relationships in a very dynamic market will have you succeeding in this very rewarding role. Solid experience in driving sales and the high value you place on the relationship of your clients, combined with tertiary qualifications will be held in high regards!
