Looking for an experienced Basic Skills Trainer/Lecturer to contribute to the delivery of numeracy and literacy basic skills across four work based learning projects with Adults in the workplace. Your role will be to:1. Identify and Assess Learners' Needs 2. Plan and design Learning Programmes and Sessions3. Deliver Teaching and Learning4. Assess the Outcome of Learning and Learners' Achievements5. Monitor, Evaluate and Improve the Quality and Effectiveness of Own Practice
