This challenging role will bring out the best of anyone who enjoys a fast paced environment. You will be responsible fora team of Sales Co-ordinators and Order Processors in a Trade division. With a natural flair for inspiring and motivatingothers, youll enjoy developing individuals to reach their full potential.The role will include the day to day management of the team, performance management, annual appraisals, training anddevelopment and discipline. You will be used to an environment where achieving tight deadlines is crucial and youllquickly be able to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues. You will have great communication skills, beused to managing a varied and busy workload, pragmatic and flexible and very resilient under pressure.You will approach all challenges with energy and confidence and youll play a major part in achieving sales targets.Good time management and organisation skills are essential for this role as well as creative problem solving and goodcomputer skills.
