GBP 12,000 to GBP 14,000 per year (Commission 1- 5% OTE GBP 20K Based on GBP 13k)

Description:

* Maximise all sales opportunities within the branch * Develop, manage and motivate branch staff to meet sales, service and cost control targets. * Monitor, control and manage all branch related costs * Manage all resources to maximise branch sales and profits * Be knowledgeable of Floors 2 Go complete product ranges and the features and benefits of each of the products * Monitor and maintain company security standards and procedures relating to premises, stock and cash * Maintain high standards of company image through, for example: personal presentation, appropriate business dress, professionalism at all times and excelling in customer service * Ensure that all necessary documentation and branch paperwork is accurately completed in line with company operating procedures.
