Key Objectives:Provide 2nd line support for critical CRM Applications.Ensure successful delivery of new Applications and patches into the live environment.Act as focus for the CRM Operations team and lead all new service improvements and initiatives.Responsibilities:Manage shift rotas, including sickness and emergency cover.Peoplesoft CRM, Equifax, PAF, Torex, Prepay Voucher Management systems, Self-Care, Aspect, Sprint.Track escalations via an industry standard call-tracking system, within SLA.Escalate where appropriate (due to time elapsed or complexity).Ensure transition of new/changed applications (knowledge transfer) into the 2nd line team via appropriate means.Manage training requirements for your team members.Liaise with 3rd party vendors to ensure problems are resolved promptly (where applicable).Set and measure objectives for team members.Be prepared to attend H3Gs Data Centres and Contact Centres if the occasion arises.Supervise the mentoring of new people into the team.Maintain documentation pertaining to supported applications (crib sheets, TTOs) and manage their storage andaccessibility.Operational Experience:Operational 2nd line Support Experience (3 years minimum) - Essential.Experience of CRM applications (Peoplesoft and Aspect desirable) - Desirable.Experience of people supervision - Essential.Knowledge of Web Server technology (Weblogic, Apache, HTTP, HTTPS, HTML, XML, Tomcat, Resin) - Essential.Knowledge of Java, SQL, GUI, Oracle - Essential.Good platform experience (Solaris, HP, Windows NT, 2000) - Essential.Personal Characteristics:Excellent problem-solving abilities - Essential.Ability to work in a high-pressure environment - Essential.Ability to work in a team environment - Essential.Good people skills - demonstrate the ability to communicate with other parts of the company - Essential.Ability to undertake man management skills - act as a leader for the CRM team - Essential.Academic Background:Technical Qualification in IT/Telecoms - Desirable.Company Overview:As an organisation, 3 are growing at a truly phenomenal rate. Healthcare, Awareness and Wellbeing, 25Days Holiday.As a result of reorganization, there is currently a role within the UK central finance team for a full time financeperson to assist the UK central finance lead primarily working on the Cable and Wireless account.Main features of the role will be to work with the delivery management team to prepare monthly forecasts, variancereports, job set up documents in SAP. You will be expected to provide sound business advice to the management team underthe direction of the finance lead. The successful candidate will be expected to challenge the status quo and assist indriving change to current process to improve the service to the client management team.Areas of responsibility will be primarily on the Cable & Wireless account working for both the consulting and outsourcingteams. The successful candidate will also be expected to work with the other members of the AFS finance team to gain agreater understanding of the internal financial metrics of each of the UK central AFS contracts. They will assist unitteam, time permitting, on various unit based finance activities and other UK Central roles.The ideal candidate will be a CIMA/ACCA finalist and looking to develop their career within Accenture Finance Solutions.Responsibilities will include: * Provision of a monthly consulting and a quarterly outsourcing forecast * Preparation of a management report for presentation to the Client partner to strict deadlines * Review on a fortnightly basis, time charges to consulting projects per ledgers and reconciliation to project reports * Set up and close down new consulting projects in SAP * Billing of all consulting and outsourcing contracts in accordance with our contractual terms * Ensure all revenue is recognised in accordance with US GAAP * Ensure that internal controls set out by Accenture central finance are followed and documented * Willingness to challenge current processes to drive out benefits for both work loads and deal economicsQualifications * CIMA/ACCA Finalist * Strong IT skills * Excel experience essential * SAP experience preferred, not essential * Ability to work within a team environment * Strong communications skills * Ability to work to deadlines * Good attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Good understanding of US GAAP * Ability to challenge senior management/partners on finance issues is essentialSpecial Considerations * Travel between UK Central AFS sites and London will be required, therefore mobility is essential * Standard hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm * Some overtime to be expectedLocation: UK Central
