They will assist unitteam, time permitting, on various unit based finance activities and other UK Central roles.The ideal candidate will be a CIMA/ACCA finalist and looking to develop their career within Accenture Finance Solutions.Responsibilities will include: * Provision of a monthly consulting and a quarterly outsourcing forecast * Preparation of a management report for presentation to the Client partner to strict deadlines * Review on a fortnightly basis, time charges to consulting projects per ledgers and reconciliation to project reports * Set up and close down new consulting projects in SAP * Billing of all consulting and outsourcing contracts in accordance with our contractual terms * Ensure all revenue is recognised in accordance with US GAAP * Ensure that internal controls set out by Accenture central finance are followed and documented * Willingness to challenge current processes to drive out benefits for both work loads and deal economicsQualifications * CIMA/ACCA Finalist * Strong IT skills * Excel experience essential * SAP experience preferred, not essential * Ability to work within a team environment * Strong communications skills * Ability to work to deadlines * Good attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Good understanding of US GAAP * Ability to challenge senior management/partners on finance issues is essentialSpecial Considerations * Travel between UK Central AFS sites and London will be required, therefore mobility is essential * Standard hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm * Some overtime to be expectedLocation: UK Central |
