Description:

The successful candidate will undertake training both internally and externally, develop a wider range of topics, remainwithin a set budget and business plan parameters, and set out and maintain standards. Additional responsibilities willinclude managing other trainers, supervising the coordination of courses including resources and working with supportstaff on areas such as marketing and internal training. As the Training Manager it will be your responsibility to drivethe business forward and increase market share through sales and marketing. Other duties include the development of aprofitable division, overseeing the production of written material including promotional and handout materialIdeal candidates will hold their NEBOSH and P Cert qualification with at least two years experience of training staff inthe asbestos industry. An enthusiastic approach will be required to grow the business, develop the team and to delivercourses throughout the UK.
