Description:

Reporting to the Operstions Manager.Full responsibility for the delivery of asbestos services (surveying & management), to new and existing clients.Responsibility for growing and developing the business whilst ensuring operational improvement and efficiency.To ensure client and employee satisfaction. Client liaison & updates, report generation, pricing, etc. Any other dutiesnot specified but essential to support the business, our clients business and any other duties as requested by the seniorbusiness manager.In depth knowledge of all aspects of asbestos management and consultancyUnderstanding of customer requirements, the Groups and competing products/services and delivery channels combined within-depth understanding of operational effectiveness and deliverySkills & Experience 5 years experience within the asbestos industryCertified Competent Person in asbestos and other fibres Strategic, financial and operational planning, resourcemanagement, project/ client and information managementResponsibility for Management reportingThe overall delivery of services to key clients Meeting targets and objectivesSupporting the growth of the businessImproving systems and processesDeveloping client relationshipsLocating, tendering, mobilizing, sustaining & developing accounts, Performance Monitoring,Leadership,Problem solving,Decision making,Client focus and management,Pricing and contract negotiations,Oral, verbal and written communication, Financial awareness/management,Use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Benefit Private Health Care (after 12 months)Permanent Health Insurance (after 12 months)Pension (Company contributing after 12 months)Loyalty BonusCompany Car / Car AllowanceLocation Towcester-although mobility requiredFuture Select specialise in recruiting staff in the Asbestos Industry.
