Description:

Our client is looking for an architectural technician to work on their historic building projects. These projects involve renovating and transforming an old country mansions into a hotel. There will be mostly restoration work but with some new build. This role is based in Kent but will involve some opportunities to work on-site. Candidates should have conservation experience and be proficient in Autocad. Salary is negotiable and based on experience but will range between GBP 25 - GBP 40K per annum for the right candidate.
