Description:

A highly respected Housing Developer with offices across the country seek an experienced Architectural Technician toassist with housing schemes with a project value of up to GBP 20million.You will be comfortable working to deadlines, liasing with contractors and reporting to internal Heads of Departmentthroughout all stages of the production process. Although experience with Autocad is preffered, it is not essential astraining will be offered for the 'right' candidate. Experience with current UK Building Regulations is essential.
