Architectural Technician required to join expanding, progressive property development practice to work on projectsincluding such building types as leisure, public, commercial, retail, barn conversions, agricultural, one off houses andspeculative housing.Knowledge of timber frame designs would be advantageous.Applicants must have relevant qualifications with excellent AutoCAD and design skills and be fully conversant with allcurrent Scottish Building Regulations and preparation of planning and building Warrant Applications.The practice lies in the heart of Scottish Borders and has all the advantages of an outdoor lifestyle canoeing, golf,mountain biking, fishing, camping, climbing and hill-walking on the doorstep and yet, it is still accessible to themajor town of Edinburgh.Good salary with excellent working conditions in new office awaits the successful applicant.
