Description:

Part III RIBA and II qualification and recognised training in software packages i.e. AutoCAD, Microstation, 3D packages,Graphics, and have a familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products. Approximately 3 to 7 years experience includingdesign, project management and some site supervision. Effective time management, maybe allocated to multiple projects,experience of managing some projects and to have acquired an understanding of a range of specialisms. Be capable ofproviding limited advice in at least one market sector. For example education conservation sector experience anadvantage. Commercial awareness and a flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken, and the level ofresponsibility accepted.
