Client facing architect/senior architectural technician, at Associate level. A registered architect with Architects Registration Board (ARB), not necessarily Chartered. 10 years post qualification experience Familiar with: site zoning, concept planning, site circulation, determining site constraints and site services inception/outline design of industrial, retail warehousing and associated offices, and dwellings client presentations/meetings Design and Build procurement leading team of architectural detailers and technicians on scheme development up to tender only familiar with Building Regulations, Fire Precautions and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) requirements of non-domestic buildings and dwellings. The position would be based at the Manchester Offices, travelling to sites/meetings in the NW, NE and Midlands on business for NW clients. An enthusiastic and ambitious candidate can take this well established and thriving part of the business and expand the team accordingly from repeat business to new clients and referrals. The candidate must be positive in outlook, a solution finder, and be able to suggest the way forward and delivery schemes in an economic way for our client
