Description:

Our client seeks an Applications Engineer with 5+ years in RF/microwave Design, Product or Applications Engineering. You will have an HNC or HND in Electronic Engineering, though BSc/BEng in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering desirable. Good appreciation of design to manufacturing chain, multidiscipline group liaison experience, demonstrable hands on background in Microwave Product Test, Appreciation of microwave board level design/build. High level of literacy, good Analytical/Mathematical skills. Experience with MS Office applications (Word/Excel). Good practical problem-solving skills and customer/subcontractor liaison skills. ROLE: Support development of merchant product sales opportunities. Applications/Technical Support to field sales force. Support to customers engaged in evaluating our clients products. Assist in flow of product design from concept to production hand over; Interface with Design, Quality, Operations / Product Engineering activities to minimise time to market on all new product developments.
