Leading Storage software company based in Reading is currently seeking an experienced Support Engineer with Exchange archiving/Storage Software support experience to join their expanding and specialist team. Due to the size of the company, this support team operates in a Windows 2000/2003, Exchange 5.5/2000/2003, SQL 2000, Outlook 2000/2003 and IIS environment, therefore all of the above are required as your technical strengths. You will be responsible for incoming client queries with regards to the storage software. KVS/Veritas product knowledge would be highly advantageous. Server knowledge and experience in working in a high pressured SLA-driven environment is also needed for this job, any SAN or clustering knowledge would be excellent.
