: Key responsibilities will include Front line handling/resolution of client queries and problems, Background investigations into problems, Replicating software issues on in-house support systems and Keeping customers up to date with the progress of issues. Successful candidates MUST have at least 2 years experience supporting/using an on-line accounting system. You will also be competent in the use of MS Office Tools, have very good knowledge of Financials and have a working knowledge of at least one of Assets/Procurement/Workflow. Ideally you will have worked in an Accounts environment supporting financial software.
