I am currently working on behalf of a well respected multi discipline client who has an urgent requirement for a APC level or recently chartered Building Surveyor in it's Manchester city centre office.This well established Building Consultancy team are looking for a Surveyor with existing commercial building surveying experience to work with a number of blue chip commercial clients in area's including; dilapidations, planned maintenance programmes, DDA's, measured and condition surveys. If you are in the final year of your APC or have recently passed your exam then this could be an excellent career move for you.The salary is negotiable as my client is looking across a broad level but they are prepared to offer a generous package for the right candidate.
