This international property consultancy require a nearly or recently chartered Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham based Building Consultancy team. The role will consist of traditional building surveying duties including condition and pre acquisition surveys, dilapidations, party walls, contract administration etc. The ideal candidate will have a background of commercialbuilding surveying and will be committed to completing their APC or having recently become chartered.
