A fantastic role as arisen within an exciting company based in Camberley. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for:*Perform data entry & activation of new hires in HR SAP.*Payroll processing and coordination with third Party Payroll processors.*Process corrections as needed*Process Change of Status (COS) transactions*Coordinate volume organization, salary, bonus and cost centre changes for major reorganizations*Audit data entry*Answer employee, manager and HR community enquiries regarding HR policies, processes and tools*Advise users on how to use self-service transactions in SAP*Assist managers with inquiries on workflow transactions re-route, recall or escalate transactions as needed*Check for rehire eligibility and advise hiring manager/HRBP as appropriate*Service Award queries and management*Serve as Subject Matter Expert on data maintenance processes and procedures*Provide training and documentation for local HR staff, including training on HR toolsThe successful applicant will have:*Written and verbal communication skills.*Organization skills, Customer service skills, *Team oriented, Detailed oriented, Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures, *Working knowledge of HR Applications, SAP preferred.*Problem solving with the ability to work independently.*Strong data entry experience. *Knowledge of various software (SAP HR, MS Office, SABA, Access). *Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices.*High School Education/Equivalent, undergraduate degree preferred with experience in HR or Payroll process.
