When you want to look after your 15 million customers, and meet some new ones, its critical that you know exactly what makes them tick. Are they looking for a new kind of tariff? Do they need up-to-the-minute news on the latest craze? Youll help us answer those questions and more, as you make your name in our busy Customer Analysis team. Using sound marketing principles and modelling techniques, youll play a huge role in discovering those fascinating insights that keep us ahead of the field. That means gathering information from a variety of sources, applying sophisticated statistical analyses and segmentation methods to them, before finally producing commercially astute insights. SQL/SAS/ SPSS (or equivalent) knowledge would be useful; youll also need A Level Maths, a minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline that has exposure to data analysis and technology, and some commercial experience (preferably in customer analysis). What will help you really succeed though, is an instinctive feel for the work and an insatiable desire to find out more.This is a chance to join a large experienced team and gain new skills through a two-year structured programme where youll learn about every aspect of Customer Insight.
