Our client is a leading semiconductor organisation, now seeking a key individual to join their team in an analogue / mixed signal IC design team leader / manager capacity.The successful candidate will be offered full relocation to Canada and will join a team of very experienced engineers. The company is a highly successful, stable organisation offering good long term career prospects.The role will entail responsibility for delivering working chips to the marketplace, products include ADCs, DACs, bandgaps, opamps, buffers, references, filters, etc.Candidates will be measured on ability to:Head up a team of 5-6 designers, mentoring more junior members and maintaining a spirit of cooperation and creativity.Propose new architectures to meet product roadmapsArchitect systems to meet customer specsDeliver complex CMOS chipsImplement correct DFT / DRM strategiesWork closely with product planning and marketing groupsFor an individual with the right combination of technical skills and commercial awareness, this is an excellent career opportunity in a country renowned for its natural beauty, welcoming culture and quality of life.
