Job title: Administrative ManagerResponsible to: Centre Manager1 Basic responsibilities of the job and its primary objectives:To operate the Finance and Personnel systems at centre efficiently.To manage the Acorn shop and maintain the stock.To assist the Kitchen/Catering Manager with their paperwork.To support the Centre Manager as part of the senior staff team.2 Main duties:To operate the centre financial systems petty cash, credit account and budget control, cheque expenditure, wages andbanking of income.To assist the Kitchen/Catering Manager with weekly stock-takes and prepare catering accounts.To operate the centre Personnel systems employee records, absence, sickness and medical expenses, holidays, payrollinformation, updating of paperwork as and when required.To liaise with Line Managers to maintain accurate personnel records and produce reports as necessary.To co-ordinate the operation of the shop, manage shop and product stock, carry out stock-takes and record income andexpenditure.To complete weekly returns and ensure Head Office receives necessary information as required.To manage the office and carry out general office duties.To manage and record the distribution of staff uniform.To fully complete medical paperwork as required and inform Head Office in a timely manner.To take a lead role as part of the centre senior staff team and actively participate in daily meetingsTo carry out night duty at least once per week.To play a lead role in the montage and demontage of the centre.To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Centre Manager.To maintain the operation of and update the office administrative systems at centre.3 Supervisory and managerial responsibilities:To manage the work of any other administrative personnel.To monitor and advise on budget control to all budget holders at centre.4 Other responsibilities: money, equipment, materials, etcTo ensure that all expenditure within your control is accounted for on a weekly basis.To complete reports as and when required by Head Office.To actively promote sales in the Acorn shop. |
