Administrative assistant:An Administrative Assistant is required for a busy heating and ventilation company. The vacancy is initially to cover formaternity leave but there is a possibility of it becoming a permanent post.The role:Recording of supplier invoices in purchase ledger. Inputting data on to various spreadsheets and databases. Matchingsupplier invoices to HLA purchase orders and issuing payment for approval.Requirements:You will need to be a proficient typist.
