About the roleTrainee 2nd Mortgage Underwriter.Processing loan applications received from brokers from start to finish. Liaising with various departments. Ensuring allpaperwork is completed and correctly put onto system, ensuring applications are in line with company policy. Dealing withqueries, answering telephone calls, general administration duties including faxing, filing and post duties. Very busy andpressurised environment.Candidate is required to have a minimum of 2 years' solid experience in administration. Must have excellent communicationskills both written and verbal and posses a good telephone manner. It is essential that you have the ability to work wellunder pressure and to tight deadlines. Must be organised, eager to learn and develop knowledge whilst possessing apositive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work. A strong personality is essential.Local well established company with room for progression and development.Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-5.30 pmSalary will be reviewed after probation which is approximately 3-6 months.Location: FinchleyStart date: 2/11/2005 |
