Description:

This individual will have broad administrative and accounts experience, and have demonstrable supervisory experience.Key Tasks * To provide and manage a broad based, efficient and effective administration & accounts service, including systems for the recording, storage and retrieval of hard & soft copy data. * To manage the coding and input all Purchase and Sales Invoices to the Company Accounts System, liaising with the Accounts and Payroll Units as necessary. * To provide confidential personal assistance and support to the Managing Director and Operations Director. * Meeting and Greeting visitors, hospitality arrangements and associated services; * Receipt and despatch of internal and external Post, Administration of courier services, Booking of meeting rooms and associated catering/vending. * In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder will be required to perform other duties assigned to him/her from time to time. Salary range GBP 18K - GBP 20K
