Description:

: - Responsible for managing and growing an account portfolio of clients and to resolve account management and payment issues. - Extensive liaison with clients via the telephone over documentation of orders. - Offer a consultative approach to the sales process, analysing account activity and international payment needs to offer a range of appropriate solutions to support the client. - You will work closely with sales executives to ensure seamless support for the client. - Develop proposals to offer more appropriate solutions. - Responsible for individual portfolio growth and the retention of client base.
